From The Weakerthans news page: “This is a closed campus show, students only.( but be creative! ) Hope to see you there.” This isn’t really surprising coming from a band that took the time to thank all the people watching from outside the fence at bluesfest this summer.
Anyway, if you’re in Ottawa, they’re playing on October 2 at Capital Music Hall and you should go. You can check out their music at their audio/visual page or ask me for a URL to their albums – something tells me the band won’t mind :) Get tickets at Record Runner to save TicketBastard fees.
