Most of it is spring/summer/fall only, but the two things I was considering doing (before I found out Tama would be off work for the rest of my stay in Japan) were visiting the Yuasa shoyu factory and the plum harvest. I really don't remember what was in the rest of the booklet but it looked quite beautiful. They'd probably mail you a copy if you can figure how to contact "them"...
