grew upspent my childhood and teenage years in Newfoundland, moved to Kingston for university, cycled across Canada, then settled in Ottawa until I got bored of the place. I’ll probably be here for a while, but who knows?Everyone stays here for at least a while, and those that leave often come back. :)

You know, it’s struck me before that you’ve had a hint of some kind of accent, but I never would have guessed the martimes, specifically Newfoundland! That’s pretty awesome. :D
Well, I don’t think I have a Newfoundland accent. I lived in St. John’s, the capital city, and most people there don’t have much of a traditional accent. So I don’t know… combination of Irish parents plus St. John’s, I suppose.
